What’s time?? Is it relative or static?? The answers to these questions aren’t clear yet. Newton assumes the time to be a static one. Whereas Einstein considered as relative quantity. Who is wrong and who is correct?? These mysteries are still being worked by researchers. Whatever be it. Now lets think about time travel and lets discuss its possibility.
Many writers have produced some great ideas for time machines over the years, a real-life time machine is yet to arrive. Many theories of time travel don’t rely on machines at all. Instead, time travel will likely be done by way of natural phenomena that will transport us instantly from one point in time to another. These space phenomena, which we are not even sure exist, includes Worm Holes, Rotating black holes and cosmic strings. These concepts are bit complicated and this space is too small to explain all these concepts. Anyway if there is going to be a time machine then it will be fun time for the billionaires!!

CPM is the New BPM
Many CIOs and IT experts define business performance management (BPM)
as the next generation of business intelligence (BI) - or software
and tools that help businesses organize, automate and measure
business performance. That’s clear enough. But what’s the difference
between BPM and CPM (corporate performance management)?

According to Whatis.com, CPM is defined as the area of business
intelligence involved with monitoring and managing an organization’s
performance, according to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as
revenue, return on investment (ROI), overhead, and operational costs.

So as for similarities, both CPM and BPM complement business
intelligence systems; were historically used within the financial
departments and now in IT; and provide critical performance metrics
for the business.

India has a democratic form of government. The representatives of the people elected through general elections form such a government. The Union government consists of President, Vice-president, Prime Minister and his central cabinet. Union government at Delhi has control over the whole country. The state government mainly deals with the problems within the state and it has to maintain law and order. It looks after various departments such as health, agriculture, education, co-operatives etc.
The administrative divisions of states are districts. In each district there is at least one town or city and hundreds of villages. The system of administration at the level of cities or towns is termed as Municipal administration. The system of Panchayat Raj governs and regulate the administration at the village level. The municipal and the village administration are known as Local Self-government.
